Q. What service do EZ AIRPORTS offer?

A. We offer rides to Sacramento International Airport and San Francisco International Airport.

Q. What vehicles do you use? How many passengers it takes?

A. We use black SUVs and Minivans Both can take 5-6 passengers depending on the luggage.

Q. Is this shared-shuttle ride?

A. We do not offer shared rides. Which means, we pick you up directly from your address and drop you at the airport.

Q. Are there any other charges such as airport surcharges, tolls etc.?

A. No, what you see in rates is what you pay. There are no other charges. There is only surcharge if the pick up is from SFO, but if you book round trip, that surcharge is also waived.

Q. Does the price include tip?

A. Yes. Pick one of the tip options from the drop down menu.

Q. Is there any extra charge for child safety seats?

A. Yes. $10 for child car seat.

Q. How do we book?

A. Please book online as it is easiest way to get the pick up schedule.

Q. Is my credit card information secure?

A. Yes. We send payment links and invoices through SQUARE and STRIPE. Both are highly reputable merchant services. Your payment details are fully secure. We do not save any credit card information.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. 10 % for cancellation fee.

Q. What if the flight is delayed?

A. There is no extra-charge for flight delays. For pick-ups at the airport, we always ask for your flight number. We track your flight. So, whenever your flight lands. For flight cancellations, just update us with your new flight itinerary.

Q. How far in advance do we need to book?

A. Typically, 24 hour advance booking is good. During busy season, it is highly recommended to book as far in advance as possible.
